- Journal: Have the students write on the topic, “What is the state of race relations today?”
- Concept Drawing: Have students divide one sheet of paper in half. On one half of the paper, instruct them to depict an example of one of the terms from the video viewed in the previous session through a drawing, a poem, or other form. On the other half, have them depict an example of one of the terms from today through a similar medium. Finally, have students write a paragraph comparing and contrasting the two eras.
